Our People

Aldersgate Learning and Development is led by Dawn Metcalfe. Dawn is a qualified and experienced educator as well as a practicing and PMP qualified project manager. She is also an INLPTA coach. She has extensive experience of working in different cultures having lived and worked in the UK, France, Spain, Japan and China. She is now based in Dubai but travels as clients require. Dawn speaks English, French, Spanish and Irish and some Chinese and Japanese. She is (slowly) learning Arabic.

Dawn's work as a trainer is focused on two areas, project management training and the soft skills necessary for success in modern organizations. She works regularly with board directors, senior managers and top management teams to improve performance by changing the way individuals and groups see the world.
